In the late 70s, my company (Audiofonics, Inc.) produced a  feature film, Time of the Eagle, funded by a group of investors in Greensboro and Raleigh, NC, called Easy Productions.  Under executive producer Conley Jones, we hired Bill Dial as writer and director.  The film starred Stuart Culpepper, Grace Zabriskie, Jerry Colbert, Donna Percival and Jim Peck.

Shot on 35mm and using the innovative ChemTone process pioneered by TVC Labs in New York (later used in Taxi Driver and Norma Rae), the film was lensed by award-winning cinematographer, Jere Snyder.  It saw limited release in the US and abroad, but through an unfortunate series of events the original negative and all known prints have been lost.  The video below represents the only existing copy.

If you have any information regarding the location of any production elements or prints of this film, please contact me by email -- eagle at digifonics.com.

Here is the full film.  Enjoy!
